Quite good but...
Quite good but... you can't just delete your payment card and also the app on macOS is so buggy I'm finally switching to different service provider because music is always loading and after waking up laptop it always says "Device not found" for audio output...

Just scroll the reviews and that's all you need to see.
As many have said on here. They're thieves. They take money from your account at times you have no expectation. Upgrading to a higher tier makes no sense. They tale no money at the time then randomly take a further full month only half a month later but there is no warning of this or any indication of this ridiculous idea they have when your sign up or upgrade. Customer service have been a disgrace and couldn't care less. They have left me, a disabled person with 7 pound to survive on for over a week because they gave me no warning they were just going to take money when they felt like it. I got a supervisor response which was a copy and paste response. Do not join this company under any circumstances. And look into the fraud that their master audio is that audiophiles have uncovered the lie Tidal are telling and the creator of MQA. I'm furious. Likely the worst customer service and practices I have ever encountered.

Terrible app and customer service
Terrible app - my PC is sent to sleep every time I try to play a track. It's a very weird, unique issue to have. The customer service is even worse. They couldn't care less it seems.

trash service i had an 2month free…
trash service i had an 2month free trial they charged me on the 3 week 25 bucks i was never going to keep the service so i called apple and they are doing an refund for me, Please stay away from this trash service they will take your money

Was charged despite cancellation of free trial
Be aware of this questionable service and reject even the free trial! I was offered a free trial on my phone subscription, which I cancelled in time via their website. Nevertheless, they started charging me stating that their subscription can only be cancelled via a phone call with a 30 day notice!! This one thing well shows their forceful and pushy business model. I will never even think of buying a subscription from this company in the future.

Non-existent support, use YouTube Premium instead.
Their support is basically non-existent. If you have a question, they ignore your question then ask you to perform a ridiculously long series of things regardless of whether it has any merit to solving your issue which I assume is done by design so most people just stop asking support questions. God forbid, they actually provide some support.

I will cancel my subscription, firstly because for a premium service, they have far too frequent and unacceptable streaming glitches, and two, their support basically tell you to get lost when you ask them anything, plus they are completely inept, all they have is reinstall app, clear cache, I don't know anymore, sorry.

Scam!Read the reviews of people before using Tidal services!
Like most here,I'm one who I have the problem with this company! I made the mistake to use this service for free,and now unfortunately I can not delete my bank card details.I transferred the payment method to the Paypal where I have no registered card. I hope not to pay these thieves again although I canceled the subscription and I should not pay but for my safety I will go to the bank to block this company of thieves to take my money off the card!

Awful business practices
I have subscribed for one package for 9.99 GBP a month, they decided to upgrade me without my consent and start charging me 19.99 GBP. I was seduced by apparent better music quality than Spotify, but nothing is worth dealing with them. One issue after another. AVOID

Tidal music service BLOWS!!!!
If I could give it zero stars I would have. With my new phone I got a 90 day free trial of Tidal. I tried it and found it to be extremely limited as to what they offered. They're site is set up so it is almost impossible to cancel. One day before my trial was up they charged me $19.99 even though I cancelled the service that day. NO REFUNDS I was told! Avoid at all cost they are in it to rip off their customers!!!

This business has to stop!!

Tidal sneaky charged me for cancelled subscription.

I have cancelled subscription, even deleted the APP on my phone. Got confirmation email says the subscription been cancelled. 1 year after, when I review my credit card, I found Tidal sneaky charged from my credit card without any notification!!

Customer support is the worst. They refuse to refund due to their NO REFUND policy even don't care what I wrote. and ingor all my on going emails.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS! I did a free trial and cancelled well BEFORE the end of the free trial period. They decided to charge me anyway the following month. I contacted them about it to let them know and they refused to give a refund. They don't let you remove your credit card either from the account, so I had to block their company with my credit card company so they don't keep charging me.

unbelievable
tried Tidal last year with a promo/discount offer, and cancelled my subscription right after, suddenly last week my account was reactivated and money withdrawn from my bank account, and it wasnt me:)
so i logged in and tried to remove my credit card info from their site, but there is no such option, so asked the chatbot to delete my Tidal account, well see how that works out, ::edit:: it seems indeed that my account is now deleted from Tidal so im happy:)
